SCHEDULE OF ROUTINE WORK - TASK AND FREQUENCIES

The following tasks and frequencies are the minimum anticipated to give the desired results. The frequencies may be changed, by mutual agreement of the contractor and the client.

AREA TYPES: ENTRANCE, LOBBIES, AND HALLWAYS

(DAILY)

Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners, if necessary.
Spot clean trash receptacles.
Vacuum or shake out entrance mats.
Clean all fingerprints and smudges from glass entrance doors, both sides. Vacuum carpet floors.
Dust mop and/or damp mop hard surface floors.
Dust and spot clean all wood surfaces to include counters, glass surfaces, etc. Rearrange furniture as required to clean, and back to its original area.

(WEEKLY)

Remove build-up dirt and clean all corners and baseboards.
Spot clean hard surface wall and damp wipe around electrical receptacles and switch plates.

(MONTHLY)

Vacuum / Dust and clean mini blinds.
Dust light fixtures, vents, pictures, and removal of cobwebs.

AREA TYPE: OFFICES, WORK STATIONS, COMPUTER/CONFERENCE ROOMS

(DAILY)

Empty and spot clean trash receptacles and replace liners, if necessary. Vacuum all carpet areas.
Dust mop hard surface floors, damp mop floors completely, if soiled. Remove all waste from building and place in provided containers for disposal. Empty all recyclable containers to its proper location.

(WEEKLY)

Clean baseboards, corners, and behind doors.
Spot clean fixtures, partitions, glass surfaces, doors, furnishing, etc. Dust and clean wood surface, furniture, etc.

(MONTHLY)

Dust and vacuum air vents. Vacuum upholstered furniture. Polish wood surfaces and furniture. Dust mini blinds. Dust/clean horizontal surfaces. Removal of cobwebs.

AREA TYPE: BREAK ROOMS

(DAILY)

Empty and clean trash receptacles with a germicidal solution, replace liners, as required.
Damp wipe tables and chairs.
Clean inside/outside of microwave oven.
Wipe and clean counter tops, sinks, cabinets, glass surfaces etc.
Dust mop tile floors, damp mop, if necessary.

(WEEKLY)

Remove build-up dirt and clean all comers and baseboards.
Spot clean hard surface walls and damp wipe around electrical receptacles and switch plates.

(MONTHLY)

Dust light fixtures, vents, pictures and remove cobwebs.

AREA TYPES: WATER FOUNTAINS / RESTROOMS

(DAILY)

Empty and clean trash receptacles with a germicidal solution, replace liners when wet or torn.
Pick up paper and litter from floor.
Sweep and mop floors with a germicidal detergent solution.
Clean baseboards, behind entrance doors, and legs of restroom partitions. Clean urinals and toilets, both inside / outside polish bright work/stainless to a shine.
Clean mirrors and dry surfaces leaving no streaks.
Clean wash basins and dispensers with a germicidal detergent solution. Clean and sanitize wall partitions and wipe dry.
Refilled paper towels, tissue dispensers, soap dispensers, toilet seat liners, as necessary.
Wipe down doors with a germicidal solution.
Damp wipe chrome fixtures with a germicidal solution and dry to a shine. Clean water fountains with a germicidal solution and dry to a shine.

(WEEKLY)

Clean toilets and urinals with de-scale cleaner.

(MONTHLY)

Clean and/or vacuum air vents.

AREA TYPES: DOCK/DELIVERY AREAS

(DAILY)

Sweep and pick up trash around dumpster.
Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, damp wipe receptacles, as needed.
